Join us at the University Forum for Human Resource Development (UFHRD). We are an international member network for universities, for practitioner-researchers, and for learning-orientated organisations.
As a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation, we aim to deliver leadership in Human Resource Development (HRD) for academics and practitioners. We promote inclusive, ethical and impactful learning and practice in research, education and people and organisational development.

UFHRD has the following formal partnerships with other international organisations, supported by either a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU):
- Academy of HRD (AHRD), including joint sponsorship of the academic journal Human Resource Development International https://www.ahrd.org/
- World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) for joint sponsorship academic and practitioner publication, the International Journal of HRD Policy, Practice, and Research https://wfpma.org/
Individuals working at member universities and institutional members are eligible for 30% off AHRD MEMBERSHIP FEE
There is a 25% discount for non-UK universities/institutions on Basic Institutional Rate
